We provide a complete product development service, taking your idea from concept to completion. Our new product development process starts in CAD (Computer-Aided Design). We look at all aspects of the design and start to develop the project until we have an approved customer design that can be passed on to our fabrication team to build.

After this initial design work, we can usually product an exact customer model. In many cases, we can even re-engineer the part to make a fit-for-purpose and more cost-effective design to use in our prototype work. We specialise in flat pattern development and our CAD designers can simplify even the most complex of shapes to reduce the need for extensive tooling costs.
